Upgrading the Library

This article describes the steps for upgrading the Webtrends Mobile Library.

If you instrumented your Android application with an earlier version of the Webtrends Mobile Library and you added the frameworks, you can upgrade it to the latest version using these steps :

1. Back up your webtrends.xml file.
2. Download the new version of the Webtrends Mobile Library.
3. Update your Webtrends-android-sdk-release.x.x.aar file using the file from the new version.
4. Merge the settings in your new webtrends.xml file with the settings in the backup copy.
5. Rebuild your application.
