Fix: Incorrect Page Information in SharePoint Online

Updated code to correctly capture page information when navigating between sites (Issue 3293)

Changes in SharePoint Online behavior resulted in incorrect page information (e.g. URL, title) in certain situations when a user navigates from one site to another. This update does not directly affect SharePoint 2019 tracking, but has been included in the extension to maintain consistency in the JavaScript assets among all tracking solutions.
